For the first time since launching, a fast-growing, remote-first property technology company was bringing its whole team together in one place. Connection before content. Marrakech gave us the setting — warm, sensory, communal — and we shaped three days that moved between strategy, shared ritual, adventure, and celebration.
A Welcome at Sunset
A rooftop, a live DJ, golden light over the gardens. Then a Moroccan feast served from communal tagines. Formality dissolved. Laughter replaced hesitation.
From Boardroom to Open Horizon
Mornings were for vision and priorities. Then the setting shifted to the Agafay Desert: quad bikes across lunar terrain, an oasis pool, and a starlit dinner with musicians and a surprise fire performer.
Culture and Celebration
An afternoon among the artisans of the Medina. A final dinner with music and dancing, and the team’s own awards night, with trophies found that afternoon in the souks.

A professional team photoshoot with headshots, and a custom tote of sustainably minded essentials that showcased the client’s in-house design team.
The Outcome
The Why was trust built face to face. By the final morning it was there: colleagues who had never met in person left aligned on priorities, at ease with one another, and with a shared story to carry into the company’s next stage of growth.
